Office & AP Administrator
Reporting to the AP Coordinator, the Office & AP Administrator is an important role at Sealand providing administrative and financial efficiency and organization. They are a key member of our financial team in terms of data entry, payroll and credit card management. On the construction side of the company, they work with the project and field teams to ensure field team needs are met. We think of them as the go-to person for keeping everything organized and efficient. We are looking for someone who brings joy to our team and helps ensure smooth business operations. Please note, this position is in the office. There is no opportunity to work from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for matching suppliers’ invoices to purchase orders and packing slips as well as address any discrepancies.
Responsible for organizing and processing supplier invoices into accounting software.
Ensure employee timesheets are completed weekly and ready for review.
Ensure all visa receipts are submitted, coded and ready for review.
Import transactions from the credit card platform to the accounting platform and reconcile bimonthly.
Reconcile supplier statements monthly and investigate discrepancies.
Manage all crew and office team hotel bookings, make changes and reconcile invoices.
Assist Finance Team with month end and year end procedures as assigned.
Provide administrative support and assist with general office duties
